Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan sets out the school's priorities for the next three years. These priorities are then replicated in action plans for key areas such as Leadership & Management, Teaching & Learning, Assessment, English, Maths, EYFS, SEND etc. The Strategic Plan is monitored by a School Improvement Lead from the Trust working in conjunction with senior leaders at the school once a term to ensure that the priorities remain accurate and the school is making progress towards their completion.
