All of the children at St Mary's were extremely lucky to have a session on mini first aid training today. With the help of Teddy, the children learned to help each other if we had cut our legs by learning how to apply a bandage properly. We then looked what Teddy would do if we bumped our heads or began to choke. The children finally were shown how to keep someone safe if they felt sleepy and fell to the floor. This is such a valuable life experience for all children and they really enjoyed learning how to help their friends when in need.
