What a fantastic day we are having, celebrating World Down Syndrome Awareness Day. The children are all dressed in 'Lots of Socks'. We have had a special assembly, learning a bit more about Down Syndrome and about why everyone is different but everyone is special.
Mrs Ottewell talked about her friend growing up who taught her all about how important it is to treat everyone with respect and love and value their special gifts.
Some of our friends have helped to decorate special sock biscuits for lunchtime and we enjoyed watching a special video celebrating the day.
